Apatizer uses the following third-party services to process your content. By using Apatizer, you acknowledge your content may be processed by these services:

Anthropic (Claude AI): Analyzes transcripts and images. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
AssemblyAI: Transcribes audio from TikTok videos and uploaded files. Subject to AssemblyAI's Privacy Policy.
Supadata: Retrieves YouTube video transcripts. Subject to Supadata's Privacy Policy.
Railway / Vercel: Cloud infrastructure providers that host our application.

4. Data Retention

Submitted content: Video files and URLs are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
Analysis history: Stored only in your browser's localStorage. Cleared when you clear your browser data.
Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

5. GDPR & CCPA Rights

If you are located in the European Union or California, you have the following rights:

Right to access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
