- Usage data: Your analysis history (questions, summaries, and transcripts). If you are not signed in, this is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage). If you create an account and sign in, it is also saved to your account so it syncs across your devices.
- Account data: If you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase).
- Technical data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

- Submitted content: Video files and URLs are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
- Analysis history: If you are not signed in, stored only in your browser's localStorage and cleared when you clear your browser data. If you are signed in, also stored in your account (via Supabase) so it syncs across devices, and retained until you delete the item or your account.
- Account deletion: You can delete individual history items in the app, or request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.
- Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

Apatizer uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to save your analysis history and custom prompts locally on your device. If you sign in, we also store a secure authentication token (via Supabase) to keep you logged in and sync your history across devices. Apatizer is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use Apatizer at your own risk.
